working principle

The Laboratory vacuum freeze dryer is mainly based on
the three-state change law of substance. When a substance reaches a certain. Level
at low temperatures, its molecular movement slows down and forms a solid state.
In the vacuum environment, the influence of the external pressure on the water
molecules decreases, and the molecular distance increases, so that the water
molecules directly sublimate from the solid state into the gas state, to
achieve the purpose of drying. This drying method can retain the original
nutrients and color of the material, while avoiding the oxidation deterioration
of some heat-sensitive substances.

Ⅱ. Scope of
application

Vacuum freeze dryers are widely used in the fields of
medicine, pharmaceuticals, biological research, chemicals and food. After
freeze-drying treatment, the goods are easy to be preserved for a long time,
and after adding water, they can be restored to the state before freeze-drying
and keep the original biochemical properties.
