Oxford magnet (400 MHz) is suitable for both routine and advanced analysis of
organic compounds. It supports a wide range of one-dimensional (1D) and
two-dimensional (2D) NMR experiments, providing accurate, reproducible, and
publication-quality NMR data. Standard measurements include ¹H NMR
and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy for routine structural confirmation and
purity control. Advanced experiments such as COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, and ROESY
can be used for complete signal assignment, stereochemical studies, and
investigation of molecular aggregation or host–guest interactions. Analysis of ¹⁹F, ³¹P, and ¹⁵N nuclei is also available.
