Inovenso NE100 Single Nozzle Electrospinning/Spraying Machine

Electrostatic force is applied to produce electrically charged jets from viscous polymer solutions. During the process the solvent is evaporated and nanofibre structures can be obtained in the end. The concentration and type of the polymer solution determines the structures of the resulting polymer mats. Spherical particles can also be obtained at lower solution concentrations. As the concentration approaches a critical value, bead-on-string morphologies are typically generated i.e. electrospun fibers with particulates. Above the critical solution concentration uniform fibers are formed.
