HP D5 FCT – SPS Apparatus (Spark Plasma Sintering)

Advantages and Applications:

Parameters:

  • maximum sintering temperature: 2400°C (process temperature measured using pyrometer
    or thermocouple);
  • heating rate: 5-400ºC/min;
  • pressing force: 2-50 kN;
  • possibility to use different sets of tools for the sintering of samples having the diameter of 10, 20 and 30 mm;
  • possibility to conduct the sintering process under vacuum of 5×10-1 mbar or in protective atmosphere of nitrogen or argon;
  • possibility to adjust pulse number, pulse duration, duration of pause time between pulses.
